So what is the pixle size for avatars?

I'd like to have a Philadelphia Eagles helmet for my avatar if anyone could help I'd deeply appreciate it. I also wouldnt mind having this Image resized, if you need to cut the title of the movie out to make it work that'd be cool too lol
