colby left the only team he could dress for and he will have a good seat to watch the baseball team play not that good at it either, he is a decent golfer but if i am not mistaken he finished behind all 5 panther golfers last year in the regional. After coach Hall let him come and play golf at sf in the 6th grade at John M when no one else would it was a pretty LOW move on his part that showed no class. Adam is a good basketball player and seems to be a good kid but as a freshmen he got to play in some games and play at the state all a, and might have been the starting point gaurd next year and played behind the best pg in the region this year. Will play a little for the panther next season but would have been starting for the raiders another dumb move on his part but best of luck Adam and hope you do well.

Adam can play but agree with #4 bad move but guess Dwayne got his way.

they might be eligble around chirstmas I guess colby will miss golf after all. year transfer sit-out like Harris did for pikeville girls if coach hall does not release them. something they might have wanted to think about before leaving the way they did.

Colby is more of a baseball player and golfer. As far as basketball goes, Adam will help more than any of the three that "NoWeakness" keeps mentioning. At least Adam will show it on the court, not talk about how good he is when the rest of the team in weightlifting.

KHSAA by-law states that the ineligibility period is one year from the date of enrollment. (assuming they simply transferred schools and did not actually move into the Pikeville school district). How will they be eligible around Christmas?

02-10-2006, 08:22 AM
From What I've Watched The Past Couple Of Years, Coach Williams Will Need To Settle Slone Down, He Is Erratic With The Ball And Often Out Of Control. Good Luck In Your New Environments, But As Shown With Many Transfers Through The Years, If You Can Play-you Can Play Anywhere, If You Can't You Only Cost Your Parents More Grief And Anxiety Trying To Get You To The Nba!!!

Dwayne has nothing to do with this, these boys transferred on their own terms and because of their own reasons. Don't bring Dwaynes name into this and that goes to everyone who is posting in this thread. This thread is simply about the two boys transferring so lets leave it at that. Good luck to both boys, I wish the best for them.

I know he didnt, I just quoted that to show that it didnt make any sense. I believe that Dwayne just wants them to be happy whereever they are. I also think that the boys made up their own mind, them transfering may be the best thing to happen to them, or the worst. But it is their decision. I didnt mean anything bad about D at all with my post.

People have to make choices on what is best for them. If Colby and Adam are better satisfied at Pikeville then that is where they should be. Both are quality young men and can help their respective sport. Colby is a good golfer and will no doubt continue to get better. Adam will be a good basketball player in the future and has a great desire to compete. I wish them the best.

I believe the change of address has to take place prior to the enrolling at the new school. I guess you couldn't enroll your child today and move in to your new home next month. Of course that is for KHSAA to decide.

dwayne johnson must be going to coach something at pikeville, devin, adam and jody, Devin and Adam will have good play career not great because of being their but colby should not be allowed to touch a ball and jody will never keep one in his hands long enough for forgetting what house he left it.

How is this when he is teaching at Central Elementary in Johnson County and I believe is going to be helping Central's little girls basketball team? Like balla said before, don't bring him into this...I know for a fact that he has NOTHING to do with Adam and Colby's decision. I am around Adam alot and it was completely his and Colby's decision, no one else influenced it. I wish them the best, they are definally better off as far as education wise AND sport wise goes.
