Why did Owsley cancel? As of 3:00 today there were no snow in Owsley County or Breathitt County either one. Heck, as of now after midnight there are still no snow. Maybe it wasn't the snow storm they were afraid of, it might have been the Tiger storm that scared them. :lmao: LOL!
