That is so true. You have to believe in your system, sell your system, teach your system, practice your system. All players- and all coaches-must believe in the system.
Is there a better system than ours? NO; and **** NO. That's the way you've got to think as a whole to be a winner.

This is very true. Getting the team to believe is the biggest battle. I guess our Matney Kool_Aid is working so far! i hope the cannon crew mixes up a huge batch this year!!!!!!!!:BigLaugh:

thats tru because before u can win ur players have to live and breath the system they use. And adding new formations and plays in the middle of the season can hurt u if u dont practice them enough.
