What are the rules or guidelines for transferring players in Kentucky high schools? Where can i find these bylaws? Thanks

eeeeeeeeh I would say depending on the school ask the sports director but till then I do not really know. But I believe you have to wait a year if u are out of state I think, and 3-4 mnths if ur instate comming from a different county.

The website has the compete by-laws concerning the transfer of players. While the rules on there seem to be pretty set- it seems people are always finding ways around them.
The answer to your question depends on the answers to the following questions:
1. Is the previous school a KHSAA member school? If not- the transfer rule does not apply.
2. Did the student/athlete see any Varsity minutes (in any sport)?
3. Are you moving from one area to another- or simply switching schools?
