i saw pikeville cheer they threw awesome tumbling fulls, alternates, so on the lowest thing they threw was roundoff tucks and they did their cheer routine they did for kapos and just did an awesome job of leading the crowd and being an awesome squad

We didn't fall... All of our stunts stuck... When we were being judged for GIRLS DISTRICT we did drop one stunt... but during boys we did not. Plus we had people tumbling with fulls also. We also did so many jumps... My legs still hurt... I didn't see Pikeville do a full when they were being judged... Tonight at the district game, however, I saw this girl from Pikeville do the best Full that I think I have ever seen! Way to go, I don't know her name but she is one awesome tumbler! Just thought I would straighten that up...

Not to start any problems, but i have been informed that East Ridges coach got the judges for the game.

this is not allowed in KAPOS. someone who doesnt have any conflicts, such as the region representative or the sectional vice president, is supposed to appoint the judge for the games.

I'm just curious..why all the hate on Valley? I was in attendance in part of the game that Valley got judged and the Pikeville vs. East Ridge game and from what I could see there is no way that East Ridge beat both Pikeville and Valley. Especially not Pikeville. East Ridge was not the better squad.

I really think u are over-reacting... The judges were certified Kapos judges... our ER coach did not appoint them.. That is a very false statement... Plus she has only been our coach for like 3 weeks... Since our other one quit... I am just glad she is watching us until the end of season....

East Ridge has a full too... they have standing tucks also... We had stag pyramids... we had a VERY high basket,,,we have heel-stertches and I did not see ay double down's or 360's come from none of the three squads competeing, ... All three squads did good... This in no way means that PIkeville sucks... they are a great squad... it is all about who brought "IT" that night,,,

okay...first of all...of course valley won girls varsity...im sure if er was in that division somehow they would have cheated and won that as well...both valley and both pikeville squads are better than east ridge by far...i guess the judges felt sorry for er since they didnt win anything in basketball...too bad...hey and one more thing...pikeville knows they won...and if i were the er cheerleaders i would be embarassed by the fact that u all cheated and beat a nationally ranked squad...no one buys it...oh yeah...missed u at nationals...and u all fell that night...but hey

Guess what! We were in girls division too... We got runner-up to valley... Believe me, if we wanted to cheat and put another squad ahead of us it wouldn't be Valley... We had no idea who had won...but give me a break....we knew we had a chance!* You guys act like your so much better than ER that they didn't even deserve to be in the same category as you!!* The reason ER Cheerleaders* was there, was their coach told them to be there, to represent the school....ER was hosting and it was appropriate for them to be there.*

This squad has had a tough year....their coach abandoned them just a few weeks before KAPOS (along with her teaching position at ER--she just quit everything!) Their coach from last year stepped up and took over.* *We appreciate you so much JILL!!* She worked them relentlessly for the past month or so trying to get them ready for the tournament.* And I think she did a great job!!* The squad looked amazing!!!*

I am so proud of you all....you worked so hard and it all paid off!!* 59th District Champs!!*

ALSO, ER CHEERLEADERS, you have showed a lot of class on here....it would've been easy to throw off on other squads to defend yourself and your win....but you didn't, and that shows a lot of class!!!* You deserved the win and you all know it...you don't have to prove anything to anyone!!!

That is completely true!!!  East Ridge cheerleaders have shown complete and utter class on this thread.
