MY SPOUSE GOT A NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS AND TRIED TO CHANGE IT IN THEIR SETTINGS, BUT THEY COULD NOT LOG BACK IN! IT SAID"NEED ANOTHER ACTIVATION E-MAIL?" WHEN THAT IS CLICKED ON IT SAYS AN ERROR HAS OCCURED AND AN ACTIVATION E-MAIL HAS BEEN SENT.WHEN THE E-MAIL IS CHECKED THERE ARE NO NEW MESSAGES. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE SHORT OF STARTING UP A NEW ACCOUNT THAT CAN BE DONE? THEY DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO START ALL OVER AND LOSE THEIR ACCOUNT STATUS!
