Anyone know a name of some kind of software that turns like videos from cameras and pictures into a real video that you can put on a DVD. My friend makes these and I don't remember what she said the software was called.

Find a format converter. Find out what kind a file that camera saves it as and get a program that turns that format into something that the DVD will save. I don't know a specific name of a program BUT that's all you need to do.

If you have XP you should have Windows Movie Maker which should do that for you

You should be able to find something on VideoHelp.com (http://www.videohelp.com/) . They have all sorts of programs, along with tutorials. Hope this helps.
