OK, is it going to be an up year or a down year? How are they going to fill the 5 spots left open from last year? I would think B. Hughes & J. Hall would try out two of the spots. The Patton kid may come on this year with some PT, but then what?

P-burg will have a good season, bot nothing like the 58th District Championship season they had this past year and although the 58th will be the weakest it has been in a long while, it will be very competitive. So all the blackcat fans will have something to look forward to but they better watch out for the other teams b/c they will be hungry to take down the champs!

I hope the fans realize that they will be rebuilding. Coach Crisp has done a tremendous job and deserves support during the down times.

Coach Crisp has done a great job. In the 15th Region Tourn. 5 or 6 years running now. That brings with it two Dist Championships that should have been three in row. (Free throws, free throws, free throws). He will have a pretty good core this year.

They'll be competitive, the 58th is going to be unusually weak this season...JMO

I think that's what everyone said last year, that the 58th would be the weakest Dist. but I don't think it turned out that way. The Region will be pretty weak as it looks right now.

Even though this district is weak, I could see Prestonsburg's team overcomming teams like Paintsville and Johnson Central but that will take alot of hard work in this offseason for those boys.
