Police have indentified the man found in the Kentucky River last Wednesday night, as thirty year old Kenneth Todd Webb.
Police also say Webb was an Irvine, Kentucky resident and aren't sure how or why he ended up in the Kentucky River.
The Fayette County Coroner is still investigating his body, but Police say they cannot state at this time whether foul play was involved. What Police do say is they are investigating a suspicous death.
Boaters found the man's body floating near Old Richmond Road and Beach Road.
Authorities have said the body was fully clothed. The coroner says the man was wearing a pair of Levi jeans and a black T-shirt. He was even wearing a pair of black Harley-Davidson boots.
