We are learning more information about the weekend killing of a father and son in Morgan County.
It happened Saturday night in the Patoker community near Crockett.
Police say Bobby Gayheart Senior and Bobby Gayheart Junior got into a fight with a family member at a cabin and both men were shot to death.
Police are still trying to figure out what led to the shooting
Officials say that Jimmy Gayheart's claims of shooting in self defense have been, at least to some extent, backed up by the initial evidence gathered.
They also insist the investigation is far from being completed.
Kentucky State Police say their not sure what started the argument that led to the shooting, but they confirm that alcohol was involved.
