Drew McDavid - Ashland
Jacob Sizemore - Russell (correct me if I'm wrong Russell fans)

Sizemore, Clark and Jones would all qualify in my book frem Russel. I would have to agree with McDavid from Ashland as well. Good move getting him out from under center.

Judging by play so far I would have to say Tommy Taylor of JCHS is pretty darn good. He already has about 4 ints. And teams don't throw his way too often.

Have to throw in Beekman even though he is listed as a linebacker, the kid is all over the place with 1 interception. :boosign:

I think you have to add Brian Hubbard from Leslie County. He has to definitly be one of the best safeties. He gets somewhere around 10 tackles a game.

Ian Welch from JC is an upcoming Sophomore that has the making of playing at the next level. He's a great Safety. He has great field vision and reaction to the ball. He can come up for run support and makes the big play on the passing game also. For example, he had 2 int's against South Point, OH.

If your safetyis getting 10 tackles a game...............you are loosingthe battle in the trenches..... OUr middle linebacker usually leads the team in Tackles....eye ball the ball carrier and drop him like TATER !!!!!!
