No, this is the way it is every year.

There are two districts in the county, and Pikeville & Millard happen to be in the same one.

It's the same way in basketball, which is why Pikeville had to face Dorton, Elkhorn, and then Virgie in the county tourney.

No it isn't. To be fair, you seed them by what has happended on the field during the regular season and seed the county by the standings from the regular season. As far as the pick and choose goes, their have questionable things go on with the previous administration (good ole Pike County Politics)

whoever was in charge of the seeding switched the brackets around for some reason that i am not sure of. the standings that are posted are from the regular season standings before they split the two into 2 fifferent divisions for the playoffs.

I'm a panther fan and I agree that panther need to quit whining. but to say you know you could beat us anyways is kinda bold for a series that went tied this year. I know you won when it counted, but it was still a close game. All I know is that it will be a fun series to watch for the next few years to come.

I really feel if the two teams played 10 times their records would be 5-5 or 6-4 either way. That's pretty darn close to even, but fortunately for BMS they won the game that counted the most.

By the way, TRAIN85, I believe the poster you were referring to was just assuring us of the faith he/she had in the team. I don't think it was meant to sound like he/she was predicting the win.
