I don't know where you are located. But you can contact Benji's Harley Davidson in Huntington, WV. I have seen some of the paint work to come out of there and it is stunning.

I now a guy who has done things for jesse james and is really good. Does shadow flames and pretty much anything else you could think of.

there is an outfit in the carolinas that cant be beat.
but I actually have a local guy that is going to do mine this winter

i have a cousin that paints bike's.. he does good work, but i'm not sure on charges or if he is available..

Fast Eddie's in Toler, Ky(pike) does awesome on bikes.

Fatboyz over near Johns Creek & Phelps way has done some of the best work on Bikes I've ever seen!
