LC was just so tired from the JC game and couldnt get there legs under them, was down 12 late in the 4th and cut it to 2 or even tied and then the fouls came.

Yea if you knew how to read you would have seen the post above you,. The JC game took too much out of them and they were still there beating there chest because all that matters is Lawrence Co is 2-1 in the district and JC is 1-1.

Well I talked to several of them and they all told me that the JC game took it out of them, and with it only being there 6th game they really havent had a chance to get use to play back to back games. I dont care what level you play at its hard to play back to back nights.

I commend you Old School. I am not particularly a Lawrence Co. fan, but I do like to see them do well. I just thought that it was a little much about all the celebration about beating JC the other night. You will find out as the season goes on that JC is just not a real good team at this time, and I was a little surprised that Lawrence was only able to beat them by 2 at home. Not trying to bash any one but JC is very small this year and does not have a lot of offensive fire power other than McCarty. At this particular time they may even be the #4 team in the district. Hopefully they will get better as the season goes on, but IMO that is where they are at at the present time. Any win is a good win,especially a district win, but this was not a statement win by any strech of the imagination.

The tired legs deal is just about the silliest excuse at this point in the season that I ever heard. I would flat out be ashamed to even post something like that. I'm sure that some of the team members are embarrassed that one of their fans would make such a pansy statement such as that. What the heck do you think that Lawrence would do in a tournament when they play 3 nights in a row. My God, they have been practicing every day for 2 solid months now. If their practices are any thing at all( which I'm sure that they are) then actually playing in a game would be like taking a day off compared to going through a rigorous practice. Batpuff just kills me with all these excuses every single time that Lawrence Co. looses.

Everyone should support their team, but excuses aren't worth nothing. Winners win games and the losers make the excuses. I don't care which team it is, if they don't play the best on the night in question, they will lose and their fans just need to accept it. Likewise, the refs will always make bad calls and good calls. So everyone just needs to calm down when their team loses and support them when they win..

Just remember when posting (even administrators), what goes around comes around!!!!

The refs were fine. Later in the game LC would make runs, but PC couldn't miss. I believe they shot almost 70% or more during the game. It is hard to stop a team when they're shooting that well.
