I have heard from a very very reliable source that Jesse Meeks has been released from JOhnson Central and will be going to Paintsville. Anyone else heard this?

Has the KHSAA made an eligibility ruling???
Just because a school "releases" a player does not mean they are automatically eligible.

He would have to have a legitimate change of residence into the Paintsville City School District before his eligibility would even be considered by the KHSAA. It doesn't make the first bit of difference if he was released by Johnson Central or not.

KHSAA will laugh at this decision! No way he will be eligible. This nonsense has stopped if the player has played at the varsity level! Plus BMR doesn't need another headcase like Meeks!

This is totally not true. Take it from someone who knows. He is not going anywhere. He will gradute in May from JCHS.

Correct you are, Meeks is at JC and not going anywhere. P-ville doesn't need him anyway.

I can find no one who will verify any of the information.
I am closing this thread due to alleged false information.
If anyone has some way to verify the info then you can open a new one but this one is dead.
