wouldnt be a little biased to south floyd would we. if south floyd has that many players in the top 10 and honorable mention they would be a dream team. sv is better than sf and you dont see the blue crew putting their whole team on the list.

NO WAY is Brandon May the best player in the region. The best player in the region would atleast carry his team to the regional tourney. It's not like that team is horrible either. He is top 10 no doubt but definately not the best.

I agree with this list almost completely...Grimm totally shut down Bentley who was originaly my 15th POY, Tackett had an awsome night despite getting bit in head...Landon almost doubled the highest scorer on Valley's team...HE IS A FRESHMAN!! he is also one of the leading scorers in the highly contested 15th Region !! After last nights show Lando IS MY 15th Region POY!!

Obviously that can't be the best list you have seen. Slone at #10 come on...lol. And besides some of the names aren't correct, its Jamie McCarty from JC, and JM Stephens isn't #2 in the region. No love for JD VanHoose or Shane Grimm they at least need to be Honorable Mention.

I'll make a case Valley didnt do a good job at guardin him at all they should have had bentley on him the whole game insteed of tackett..or they should have went zone which is the coaches fault

Anybody who would put Doug Howard in their honorable mention, much less their top 10 list..hasn't followed Belfry very close all year or looked at their stats. Realisticly, Howard has probably lost Belfry at least 4 games this year one way or another. If he would just realize that he's not the best in basketball like he is in football..Belfry would be a better team. When he lets the game come to him and scores from 10-20 points, mostly around 15..Belfry usually wins. But more times then not when Howard scores above 20, he takes 20 shots to do it. And Belfry loses most of those games.

According to the Mountain News Exspress, Booher said he thought Bentley was the best defender in the Region. I agree, and so does many other people. You can't play zone on a dangerous player anyways, he can shoot over the zone or he can drive and give it up to another quality shooter on the team. Man to man was the best way to gaurd the Tiger team, Slone just ate it up. That is why I have Slone at #1 and Tackett at #2.

He's good and all but I think he played over his head and also I believe that Valley should have put somebody on him full court instead of letting him get run and goes towards the rim when the person that supose to be stopping him is standing still waiting. I'd say he's atleast 3th.

The only tme he shoots that much is when everyone else can't throw it in the ocean. Those games he had over 20 is what kept Belfry in the game most of the time. Like last night in the 15th Region final. His 31 2nd half points got Belfry back in the game.

Now, I'm not gonna say he is one of the Top 10 in the region, but he was the best all-around ballplayer on Belfry's team. It takes a real man to get on here and bash a kid on an internet web-site. If you'd like you can PM me and we'll discuss this a little more. :roll:

How can you have a player who was third team all state not number one, and only two players from the 15th made some kind of all area team and that was Josh Stapelton and Landon Slone, and you done even have Stapelton. Some of these list are pathtic. What about Brandon May, that kid is incredable.
