Why put her in? So she can deplete our military to nothing, and let them blow up our buildings and do nothing about it, like her weak as water husband? (World Trade Center 1993)...you all can say whatever you want about Bush, but he's got guts. Hillary would ruin this country...so how do I say this politely? NO FREAKING WAY.

Yes, Anything beats W !!!
Bin Laden was the one who orchestrated the attacks on the WTC that killed over 3,000, he's still alive. W wont go after him because the binLadens are family friends with the Bush's
W has sent our boys to Iraq in an Unwinable war and has been responsible for another 3,000+ americans killed....
The Democrats have spoken...take a look at the new House and Senate fully controlled by the Democrats.
Hillary or O'Bama will be the new President on 2008
Myself, I will be casting my vote for Hillary
Yes, Anything beats W !!!
Don't worry...he won't be your next President. I can tell you that much

I will be old enough to vote in the 2008 election, and with authority I would vote for her, she is an excellent Senator, and this would be big for our country, and earn alot of respect with the rest of the world. But I do not think she will run.

I wish Oliver North would run...Ollie would be a great president. Ollie was the first one 20 years ago to suggest we go after Osama Bin Laden, but was laughed at on the stand by Al Gore because Gore thought America had bigger things to worry about than somebody who didnt have the means or funds to pose a threat. Good call AL!

I think I would vote for Hillary. Yeah the last time the Clintons was in office her husband ****ed up but that doesn't necessarily mean that it will be this way this time around. She is a great Senator and I think she'd make a great President. We've had male Presidents all thoroughout history so why not change it up a bit? Women are just as capable of running a country as men are and sadly women could probably do a better job.

Yeah he was. He is a VERY intelligent man, good head on his shoulders. Hilary Clinton wouldn't get Kentucky, West Virgina, Pennsylvania or Virginia's vote. Wantin to cut the production of coal, ****. Cut her power off thru the winter and she how she likes that. 95% of the electricity in WV and Kentucky comes from coal. And I'm sure at least 80% in Penn and Virginia. Not only that, look at how many people would lose their jobs, hard workin blue collar men (and some women) who risk their lives providin for their family. Might as well wave a white flag and let the terrorists attack the U.S. if Hilary was president. Nothing against a woman runnin this country, but Hilary would run this country into the dirt.

That's not the point, the point is would she make the call if we did have business being in.
I think there are many capibale (sp?) women out there that could sucessfully run this country, but I would be worried if a women got elected. For the simple fact of all the Mid-Eastern Countries that Mis-treat women. This would be a sign of weakness for them, and I think they would try to take advantage of it.
I don't mean to cause an uproar of all the women on here, just stating my oppinion.

But still it never hurts people to change and what better way to prove those other countries wrong than to elect a woman and let her kick their ***. I think a woman could run this country better than some of the men we have had. As for the comment about would she be able to send them over when we needed to, yes I think so. Women are smart and they look at things based on the future not just at that moments like men do. They put more careful thought into their decisions and don't just act because somebody ****ed off Daddy...

Golda Mier, Margret Thatcher, two women who if had been Americans I would cast my vote for in a heartbeat.
Mrs Clinton, however would be the worst thing the democrats could do as a party, paired with Obama.
Our nation is not ready for a woman, and someone who sounds like a terrorist, plain and simple too many people will feel that way, for what ever reason. I dont think parts of our nation will accept them.
I for one would not vote for her, I just dont like her, she reminds me a greasy car salesman.
I would vote for jesse Venturia in a heartbeat because he was the most honest politician I have ever seen. But that is why he cant be President.
The republicans will run Rudy and McCain and if the democrats dont find 2 candidates that can Identify with the people then we will see the republicans hold the White House.

Hilary wouldn't kick anyone's ***, she would pull all our troops out of there and let the Middle East do whatever they wanted. She is totally against us being over there as it is. Would it take her bein president and our country get terrorized again for her to realize why we are over there. The risk we as a country would be takin electin her as president are dangerous.
Let's touch base on some other issues here. She is a baby killer for one, she likes two men or women gettin it on :Puke: (supports gay marraiges). This woman has got some serious issues.

I wasn't saying people would turn gay just because she is the president  . If they (bisexuals) wanna go to **** then more power to em, I don't think we need a president that supports something like gay marraiges, it is against the bible you know. The United States of America, ONE NATION UNDER GOD, gay relationships/marraiges doesn't fit in that phrase.

if you put Hillary in the White House (again) then you may as well put the ACLU or any other human rights crap in there, because thats exactly what your gonna get. I personally dont care if your gay as long as you dont come at me or my family with it. But since this IS America, I dont have to respect you JUST BECAUSE your gay. Thats MY right, and MY rights work for me the same way it works for those that dont like MY rights. However, I get so tired of seeing it plastered all over the TV screens, and it ****es me off when they force you to accept it, but then they take religious programming off of the air because "its offensive". That absolutely rips at my soul. IMO (and anybody who has religious beliefs) abortion IS wrong, and thats my moral reason for never voting for a democrat. I would never vote for a democrat in a NATIONAL election because just about all my morals wouldnt allow for me too. I own several guns, and there is no way in **** a gun control supporting democrat, like Hillary, is going to try to take them from me, because "she thinks its wrong"..And I agree with Redneck, I like my heat in the winter, and I like the fact that my dad made a good living as a coalminer for 24 years, as well as many other miners around here. You vote for her, you might as well take eastern Kentucky off the map, because we will be forgotten about. I agree with Playboy, what is a 30 second prayer before a football game doing to ruin somebodys life by offending them? Those poor athiests dont care to spend that money or win that money in court (you know, that money that has "in God we trust" all over it). These are also issues supported widespread by democrats. Im not saying all democrats are bad. Because ****, this doesnt mean I wouldnt vote for one in a local election. I have a real problem with religion being taken out of schools, our government buildings, etc..If America is free, why is it wrong to support religion (which the principles of our country was founded on, no less)? Ill tell you this much, if I were President, I would be a flat out NIGHTMARE for any human rights group, and for people like Hillary.

But seriously.. lets take out the fact that she is woman.. because although im a die hard traditionalist, i do think women can add alot to this world.. and im proud that as a woman i can now express my beliefs without being belittled for it.. Yes Hillary is a woman.. but for a minute.. look at what she believes.. would we vote for a man that had her same background, beliefs, and messed up way of life.. OF COURSE NOT! I for one am proud to be an american. I have a brother that just got back from Iraq and in talking to him have realized that we all need to stop complaining about "our boys" being over there and focus on the reasons why they are.. its because we as americans have made bad choices and elected those into office that have set back and allowed the greatest powerhouse in the world to be laughed at. Its about time someone take control and get something done.. I dont want him to go back but it sure makes me proud to know he'd go back tomorrow if our country needed him.........
Anyone who votes for her should go back to the desert with my brother.. but not have a weapon at their disposal..

KEEP IN MIND PEOPLE, GOD DIDN'T WRITE THE BIBLE....HUMAN BEINGS DID. And further more how do we know that's exactly what was in the very first supposed copy? That thing has been rewritten many many times throughout history. But oh well, no use fighting. It just shows how close-minded alot of people are and the sad thing is that's why the whole phrase "Everyone is created equal" will stay a lie. The way I see it if everyone is created equal then it wouldn't matter what you believe or do in your personal life or **** some people are still as racist as people use to be during the slavery era. A woman being President is the same as a man being President, with the exception of the anatomy of the body, one has a **** and the other doesn't. I'm not trying to stir up an argument either, I just wanted to remind you that their are a lot more viewers than adults on here. A lot more than we all may think actually. So if we 'ALL' could, let's monitor our posts and try to keep them as clean as possible.
Although I don't like the language, I love the debate going on in here. Would like to see some good responses to DT's post.

Yes, the debate is great, despite the language. I wouldn't post if I weren't interested in the topic myself, but their are ways to get the point across other than the direction this thread is heading....
Well, keep it in a good direction and we will allow it to continue.

It's alright Cali, we're from Eastern Ky., what do you expect? It just kills me how Hitler-ish alot of people are, if you're different any way whether it be your sexual preference, your religion (or lack there of) or if you didn't go to the same ****ing high school as other people then you're the scum of the earth. It just shows how ****ing close-minded alot of people are and the sad thing is that's why the whole phrase "Everyone is created equal" will stay a lie. The way I see it if everyone is created equal then it wouldn't matter what you believe or do in your personal life or **** some people are still as ****ing racist as people use to be during the slavery era. A woman being President is the same as a man being President, with the exception of the anatomy of the body, one has a dick and the other doesn't. Thats the only ****ing difference and maybe one day you people will GROW UP and relaize that you can put your sexist ways to the side and realize that in fact WOMEN CAN DO THE SAME THINGS A MAN CAN DO ONLY BETTER!!!!!!
Noone ever said a woman couldn't run this country. Like myself, TidesHoss and PLAYBOY even said that we would vote for a woman, the RIGHT woman, and Hilary is NOT the RIGHT woman.

your exactly right, none of us three said anything about not voting for a woman but you have to remember, Redneck, people like her will read only what they want to read. And its another perfect example of them trying to force THEIR beliefs on us. Because only their rights are the ones that count for anything. Noone ever said a woman couldn't run this country. Like myself, TidesHoss and PLAYBOY even said that we would vote for a woman, the RIGHT woman, and Hilary is NOT the RIGHT woman.

Their beliefs, their rights? What rights and beliefs would you be talking about? The rights of women or the rights of homosexuals? All I have to say about a female president is that I think a female could do just as well as a male...now is it Hillary Clinton? I don't know. And all I have to say about homosexuals is, you're going to see it whether you like it or not. It's not going away and same-sex couples won't stop fighting for equal rights. Did I come out and say that I am homosexual? NO, I did not...so I would appreciate not being catergorized into your assumptions since I was the only one that said anything toward redneck.

ok #1, its all rights. I mentioned Redneck and Playboy because I assume they share pretty much the same beliefs as I do. And apparently they are much different than yours. #2, find ANYWHERE in ANY post that Ive posted on this thread that has your name in it. Thats right, dont waste your time because there isnt anywhere on here. #3, if you WILL, go back to one of my posts and reread what I wrote about gays and whatnot. I said, I personally dont care if they are or not. Did I not? Thats right, I DID!! I said I dont appreciate it being thrown all over TV and forcing us to accept it WHILE they are taking religion out of every place and off of TV. #4, I have accepted the fact that homosexuality will be around everywhere, no matter whos in charge, or what it does indeed say in the Bible, so theres no use for you to teach me. #5, I never said a woman couldnt do as well as a man as president, however I refuse to say that Hillary would. Because flat out, Hillary would make a terrible president, and ALL OF US would feel the effects of it, EVEN YOU (because as much as you hate it, you ARE from Kentucky)..I already know that you put your not sure Hillary would be the right choice, so that defeats half of the argument. Matter of factly, I would vote for Margaret Thatcher in a heartbeat. Margaret's take on terrorism? Shoot anybody that has anything to do with terrorism. Ask the friends of the guy with 96 bullet holes where his body used to be. So there. Nothing said about you. Anywhere. At anytime. Their beliefs, their rights? After reading the past few pages, my opinion has not changed.
I will not support Mrs. Clinton, for many different reasons. That is not saying that I would not vote for a woman. If she is all that the democrats can offer then I will find someone to support. I beleive in supporting our troops, they did not create this war, they have been asked to do a job. I have never heard Mrs. Clinton explain how she would change our war plan, SHE VOTED FOR THE WAR, when it was popular. She voted for the Patriot act when it was popular. She is a politician who like most, sways with public opinion. If the democrats bright idea is what she an Rangel have been talking up of reinstating the draft then they have no chance.

I'd vote for if her depending on her platform. We are worrying way too much about other countries when people in New Orleans and other areas hit by Katrina are still in ruins and our own people have horrid living conditions. I know that what happens around the world can and most likely will affect us as well, but we need to look at after our own in times of needs. Large families are living in trailors that most people wouldn't even camp in because they are not big enough. If she would do something to help them, she'd get my vote. And if not, oh well. It doesn't matter if a canidate is male or female or democrat or republican, what matters is what they are willing to do for our country.

In all honesty when I have voted in the past at school for some lame student council or Homecoming or Prom crap I just randomly circle a name and for the two elections I have been allowed to vote in I have just selected all Democrats, keep in mind these have been county elections. I don't know 99.9% of the people running and I don't live in this county 99.9% of the time so I am not here to listen to what they are saying or what is going on. As for Presidential elections, I haven't voted in any yet but with my schedule I am just WAY WAY too busy to stop a listen to things. I rarely watch the news or read a newspaper...I can't remember the last time I have actually. People may say that I don't care but I just don't have the time to spare with my hectic schedules.

I have been to New Orleans 3 times, spending a little over 3 weeks, and yes it is a disaster area. I sopke with many locals and I continued to hear the same thing from all of them. They Hate FEMA, and they despise their Governor Blanco, for her lack of ability to handle the sitituation. I am far from a Bush defender, Bush met with Mayor Nagin and the Governor and offered the National Guard which has to requested by the Governor and she said they (LA) could take care of their own. The Mayor asked for help and the Governor didnt want federal intervention.
Nagin made several mistakes the biggest was waiting to declare a manditory evacuation.
But if you visit the area and review the reasons that the city flooded it wasnt the hurricane its self but the failure of the Levee system and the construction of MR.GO which caused the water to be funneled into New Orleans.
The army corps of engineers created the mess with poor construction and little forsight. The same is that as I left I visited where the 14th street Levy was being repaired to the proper heights and depth for a catgory 3 not 5. Which was not done when designed in the 60's.
Bush's failure was not doing something much sooner. Our nations failure was not going there to help. and understanding how bad the city was hit. TV coverage does not do it justice, the devastation in beyond belief.

This should probably be moved to the political forums...
But I'll reply here, and now.
Hillary is much more of a war hawk than many would think. She'd definately send troops into battle if needed. Let me make it clear though.... I despise her, and hope that she moves to Russia and contributes her ideas and views toward the cause of Communism. But it would be inaccurate to say that she'd be soft of foreign policy. She's tough. Kankles and all.

How can you speak the truth and say that Bush couldn't send in the National Guard (constitutional issue).... and then turn around and say he didnt' act soon enough?
The problem isn't with Bush... with the governor... with Nagin.......
Its with the beaucracy that exists in Washington DC. FEMA, its a joke. Homeland Security, a joke. The federal government as a whole... a JOKE. And its none other than LBJ's fault. I have been a registered Democrat for nearly 3 decades.
I have never missed a vote. But I honestly have no idea for whom I will cast a vote for.
I have always liked Hillary, but am not quite sure if I could actually vote for her....I have never really considered myself a sexist, but can't think of any other reason not to vote for her. I have cast many votes for women in the past without hesitation.
There isn't another person running that I like more than Hillary, so, I guess I'll have to wait and see if i can actually do it.

Hillary Clinton, while burned by perhaps her own naivte about Beltway politics in the first health care go round, sincerely believes that the healthcare industry (PHARMA and AMA and IN$URANCE) must be reformed drastically in order to better serve common people instead of pumps and suits with second homes in Naples.
