2.Kenny Craft (Soph)

Getting the athletes from the basketball team to show up and take the hits during football season, that is a BIG factor.

THere are more than just a few factors. Knott will have a real young team this year and this will be something new for KCC. They had over 20 fr. play this year plus several fr. (basketball players) that didn't will suit up next year. Should have 25 to 30 fr. next year. Knott co 7th and 8th grade teams were loaded with talent. They had over 70 7th and 8th graders playing numbers mean a lot in the game of football.

Man it will hurt losing Bobby Owens...from what I've seen he was probably ur best all around football player....Who do you return next year?? Do you still have Ron Christian, and that Marcus something was good too...good luck---beat PCC again!!!

They still got Christian but they dont return Marcus Young he was a senior but they didnt beat PCC

PCC was 1-9 and I was just sayin KCC didnt beat PCC but If Hazard played teams like PCC such as Rockcastle,Bell,Clay, and not Phelps,Jenkins,and Paintsville they wouldnt have such a good record either,but thats just bc the classes they are in so there for hazard wont be playin teams like that anytime soon.
but back on the topic who is the basketball players coming out....Stamper?...Collins?....Huff? are any of them comin out?

I don't see ay of these 3 coming out for football. They are't built for football, Huff maybe, the other 2, nope. KCC will have to rely on the upcoming freshman and to fill the void.

Well if you all cant beat us at the BEGINNING of the season when we sucked, PCC would've never beaten any of the teams mentioned. What was yall's record this season??? 1-9?!?! You've been beaten by us 2 out of the last 2 years!! and you will for at LEAST 3 more years....lol:1:

i know that green and christian are excellent but who in the heck was that kid in the middle, i wtched the maggofinn county game and he pushed that fella everywhere. i think issacs or something like that. how did he do? was he a senior?

Kcc Will Be a Young Team but Most of the Freshman last year Got alot of Varsity Playing Time .....Kcc Should Have a Good D ..... but they will Be Young On Offense after losing Bobby Owens and Mike Lindon....Good Luck Pats On a Good Season

The players on the basketball team are really "thin" and I do not know how they can handle the "physicality" of the games, especially in that district, so I do not know how much of a difference the basketball players coming out will make, but who knows until they try.

you seen a kcc basketball game there a rough bunch. they will be a big help to kcc. in the wide reciever and defensive back positions.

I would have to agree theis two will have a major impact on their offencive game, also i would have to say Brian Rose (senior) on the defencive end of the ball.

What ever happened to that other miller kid the Tailback, he was doing very well his freshmen year, then his sophomore year I saw him on the sidelines a lot then he disappeared I was looking for him to be a better back than Bobby O, he had the speed and size, anyone know whats going on with him??

he could have been just as good as bobby o but he didn't have the same heart as Bobby O, and he quit football.

I beleive that Ratliff, Craft, Christian and Green will be the main factors for Kcc's upcoming year. I have also heard a few receivers coming out, Jarrod Amburgey and Dale Fletcher
O-Line is deff the main factor if it doesnt hold up then they'll be lucky to win one game.

Also linebacker Brian Rose will be a huge factor...Hopefully Wesley Thacker will be back at the linebacker position also

To tell you all the truth I would like to see the miller kid come back out in the 07 season I think he would have a major impact on the team IMO, I would see Miller being a bigger factor than craft, Don't get me wrong craft is a good back I just see miller being a bigger factor, and this is my opinion thats all

Miller is a good kid. But, I believe he has made a mistake by not playing football. Yes he would be a major factor if he only would give it it's all. He needs to get his head on straight and believe in himself. He has younger brother that he needs to realize that will follow his lead. He needs to lead him in the right direction, football.

i look for an upcoming Freshman James Issac to be an impact...hes Dwight Issac's(senior) little brother.Hes quick,strong,and talented. He already outlifts a lot of our upperclassmen and today at practice we wrestled and he took down one of our seniors...

Knott Co. always has huge linemen. So what is the problem? They say you can't teach size, and thats the only thing they got. Someone needs to teach these kids how to play some football.

Fletcher actually used to play his freshmen year.He was a fairly good receiver he had great hands but wasn't all to fast.He now has a lot of speed on him i dunno if he would still be any good. I guess we will just wait and see when he comes out, if he does.

Huff came out this week he like he could be a big factor this season he has great hands too play tight end and is a strong runner i predict him playing some full back as well. He is playing some of the strike postion and has alot of potentional he just has too get his foot work down.
