I just heard that paintsville played an alaskan team.. My question is how do these game get scheduled? If this team is from alaska then do they fly down for a game?

That team came down and played in the Paintsville Invit.....I think they were on a Christmas swing or something....

Yea, Paintsville played a lot of teams not from around here this season
tough schedule and they faired pretty well with it!

The Alaska team participated in the Tiger Hoops Classic at Paintsville, the tourney that took place over Christmas break.

And YES, they did play some TOUGH competition this year, at Hylton Head, SC and in their own tourney.

It's like I said in the thread about the game tonight, their record doesn't show how good they really are.

yea, i thought paintsville opened my eyes in the region tourney. I didnt expect them to play valley so close but they did a heck of a job.

They played them close and should have won for a couple of reasons.

All year long we have known SV has had the most talent. but on that night we saw who can coach and will a team to play.
