BGR Rankings

I was curious if there is anywhere on BGR where members can view the ranking they will recieve with a certain number of postings?

I looked for it as you did but I couldn't find it either. I know that we discussed it as a staff and I thought that it was posted for members somewhere but not being able to find it, perhaps it wasn't. Beef, CatDawg, or someone should know and be able to help you out in the morning. I will look again to see what I find but even then I'm not sure if I will find a clear, set number or just what we considered setting them as.

Well, torQQue usually keeps around the same number of admins/mods. When he sees that they are not very active he usually makes them a normal member and searches for another staff member or as many as he needs. The more members on the site, more traffic, more staff. He looks at post count, post QUALITY, knowledge, personality, rule violations, things like that. He brings them up to the staff and we have a discussion about them and then they are chosen. Other staff members can bring specific members to his attention and they can be considered later.

I oh I see thats pretty cool how it all works! Id love to be one some day once Ive had more time as a member and once the need arises!

That's awesome. He is always on the lookout for people dedicated to the site. I was really glad when I became a mod. Admins are 18 and older. I'm not sure if that applies to you or not but mod comes before admin anyway. Right now he seems pretty content with the lineup but as members increase and the need arises for more staff members he will check to see if some more will be added. Keep doing what you are doing. Looks like you are a solid poster.

Haha thanx yeh I'm "of age" haha i was just talking to a fellow member yesterday about how i wish we would have more daily posters on the site! I love chating back and forth on diff topics!
