I know you have JBS and Kcc, Pcc and Hazard, Pcc and Knott, and Hazard and JBS. What do you think?

On your list of options I'd say Hazard/Perry Central. And another thing I think you should've made your title "Biggest Rivals in 14th Region"

I mean I dont know about the 15th except for Paintsville and JC.

The Hazard-PCC rivalry has got to be the biggest in eastern KY if not the state. The roots of this rivalry run deep. Hazard High School and M.C. Napier High School were two high schools located only a couple of miles apart. The two schools pitted the city against the county and made for a bitter rivalry. For more than 40 years this rivalry continued. Then, in 1995 a new central high school opened up that combined M.C. Napier and Dilce Combs high schools. But a new school and a new name did nothing to lessen the rivalry that had been going on for years...it just became the Hazard-PCC rivalry. Now there's a lot more Commodores than there were Navajos, and they outnumber us 3-1, but the Bulldogs just get a little bit scrappier and a little bit meaner and continue their winning tradition. GOOOOO BULLDOGS!!!!

Hazard Pcc....in every sport. I think the biggest rivalry is in football, and then a close second in basketball. But I LOVE beating the Commodores in anything...hehe

thats pretty funny to say, I mean, alot of people do laugh at these things you guys say on here, but they are all so stupid, JBS's 3 losses, have came to teams all ranked in the top 15 at one time, in the state, so, its really not funny, at all, is Morgan County ranked in the state? well, they are 4-9, but they could give Mason County a good game, how about 4-11 Highlands, nah I dont think so, well what about the Jenkins team that gave them a 4 point game, at Knott, and im saying this because that is where most of you are from, or went to school or go there, but hey guys, its all funny, seriously, so I mean, if there is a post about two different schools, you guys can go on there and say something like who touches it the most, and put Stepp, I guess thats funny

You know what, you can say whatever you want about those games because they mean nothing when KCC and JBS meet. KCC gave JBS a good game and only lost by 5 on a hot shooting night. And if you want to do that then how about those Cordia Lions with a 5-13 who HAD JBS beat and gave it away. I think you JBS fans think to highly of your team. They are good, but they can be beat.

everyone is off topic, screw JBS, and KCC and hazard are going to play in the finals. I hate being on topic....i can do what I want. COLTS are going to win the superbowl...ahahahaha....so now what??? Ill be off topic if i want, and theres nothing you all can do about it. lmao Now quit arguing bout JBS...and lets decide who has the biggest rivalry. lol

Usually the top two teams in the same district are considered big rivals. JBS and Knott never was a rival until JBS improved enough to be a top team in the district and region. In a few years JBS/Knott will not be big rivals. After many years of watching and coaching high school sports one of the best rivalries I have witnessed is Paintsville/Johnson Central. Not only are they big rivals in basketball but also in football and baseball.

If we're not talking about in the 14th region or mountains individually, I would have to go with Trinty vs. St.X!!! They made the sports illustrated top 20 biggest high school rivals. Their football game is held at Papa John's Stadium to an audience of over 25- 30,000 people. That is a rivalry!!

in the moutains or at least the 14th region it has to be pcc hazard but the only other rivary that i know runs as deep as this one is kcc cordia in the the 14th anytime these four teams meet it is a game you dont want to miss anything can happen

i think the jbs and hazard rival has heated up the past two years. There was a lot of fans at the wymt when these two teams played. I think the pcc and hazard rivalry is the top rivalry though!

any teams that are in the same county or cross town teams are great rivalries pcc hazard kcc/cordia/jbs paintsville/johnson central. the jbs hazard rivalry is so big because these are your top teams in the region at this point but a rivalry is a game played every year that everyone wants to see. i know people that travel from knott and perry to watch paintsville and johnson central play in both football and basketball probably best rivalry in the 15th
