With another outlook on this "meat" topic.... my hubby LOVES fresh bacon, sasuage, and steak.... There is a little packing house past Allen Central.... If I am remembering correctly, the name of it is P&H Packing.... we visit them on a regular basis to buy fresh bacon and OH... I forgot... the pork chops... He LOVES them... I know this isn't wild meat but.... if anyone likes fresh meats..... You need to try this little spot.... Hint on frying the bacon though..... roll it in flour before you fry it.... it pops like CrAzY!!!!
