I'm seriously having a computer crisis

Ok my work computer won't download anything. I can't download a spyware blocker or nothing, and this computer sux.

But my main problem is my laptop will not connect to the internet, and i can't restore anything before jan. and when i try to do a restore it says it can't be restored cause nothing has changed.. I've tried everything..

I posted in the comp help forum but no one cares.. So I decided to post in here. I really don't want to do a full restore cause I don't know where my backup discs are..

Someone please help me..

I would help but I always tear up my computer so you surely don't need advice from me.

The best advice I can give you about any computer problem is either- Alt+CTRL+Delete, or hold the power button down til it goes off.
