Paintsville won the Championship in 1996. They were runner up in 1998 I believe. And in the final four in 1997 I think.

I don't think they won but I'm pretty sure Virgie came very close with Todd May.

Inez won the state in 1941 and 1954, and finished 2nd in 1937.
Paintsville won in 1996, and finished 2nd in 1998.
