It isnt coxs fault that he only scores that many points. I was at the game and he only touched the ball 5 or 6 times. The STEPPs had JBSs 7 footer standing out there setting a pick evrytime for the two stepp boys. I mean if your 7 foot you need to be under the goal shooting layups not and the top of the key making points for the stepps everytime.

I hope Jim and Gary can coach Clark and Clint on to a "GREAT" career at Alice Lloyd.. which they do not deserve to be at, let alone a D-1 NCAA school... really sickening to see all our boys being put down and discriminated against by a bunch of arrogant, corrupt, basketball wanna-bes, that is the Stepp family. They need to face the fact that they were nothing but selfish players who cared nothing for the teams they played for in their youth and just training their next generation to do the same is not going to take them anywhere. Congrats PCC on a great win.. although it may not be that big of a deal now for anyone to beat JBS, not taking anything away from PCC. Coach Holland always find a way to get his Commadores to the next level and come tournament time they will be a force to be reckoned with... good luck PCC

I have to ask this. If it was a "nothing game", and JBS won, would you be on here saying it was a nothing game? Or would it have been a W over another 14th region team that would be a good win? Logic like you are saying means that when JBS beat Hazard in the WYMT then that means that was a nothing game also. I think you might say that, so you could also turn around and say when Hazard killed JBS in the All A that it would be considered a nothing game also. If there really was a game that doesnt mean anything, why even bother posting about them? There shouldnt even be threads about them, no stats kept, not even post the final score on the KHSAA websitel. If it follows those things, then yes, it could be considered a nothing game. Or is it more along your line of thinking that JBS has played 5 "nothing games" so far so your record really should show you are undeafeated? On the KHSAA website it says JBS's record is 19-5, so why does that loss appear on there? I bet if it was 20-4 there wouldnt be any talk of a nothing game.

LCC has beaten Lee CO 1st in 56th, Breathitt Co 1st in 55th, Leslie Co who just beat PCC. Jackson City as well.

JBS has beaten Hazard, Buckhorn, and Jackson City

KCC has beaten Powell Co and Leslie Co

Cordia beats Leslie Co

Jenkins beats Wolfe Co twice.

it is people like you that gives jbs a bad name. teams get beat all the time. bad calls or not, a lose is a lose. it doesn't help whining about the calls. that is bad sportsmanship. i am not bashing on anybody, but it doesn't help with all of this whining. also, i would really love to see jbs win the region this year, but if the coaches allow a few of them to play selfish, they will not have a chance.

Im a jbs fan, and my response to this is if a coach can totally sacrifice a win for the team just so his precious nephews can score, then why cant i talk about my own team??

Plain and simple, JBS isnt playing as a team. At the first of the year they were ok. After Clint hit 8 threes on Owsley they are trying to make it a 2 man show at JBS. Well it just seems that way to me.

I am not a kcc fan lol..It is fans like you that gives jbs a bad name. On here whining because jbs didnt get a call. I am a jbs fan and i am here to say that it was a fair called game. Pcc just whipped jbs and made them look stupid on their home floor. Hopefully they will bounce back but that is highly doubtful because all of the players on the team are as disgusted as everyone else. They are getting tired of the system and how it is being run.

if you are a true fan and you care about the team, then you won't just set by and watch what's happening without saying anything. it's highly doubtful that anything is going to change. .... but everyone acting like there isn't a problem, guarantees that nothing is going to change. No you shouldn't "bash" your own team. But you should be honest. .. [and sometimes the truth hurts.] if you are a true fan, then you will support them win.. or lose. But that doesn't mean that you can't understand why they lost. be upset about it. and want your team to use their full potential.. win games.. and just be a "team".
