There are so many people in this country that are suffering everyday. They live near us and we have no clue!

This is SO sad. Heartbreaking to think that the people that get screwed out of stuff the most are the ones that have just overcame a HUGE diseaster such as a hurricane. This happens all the time not to mention the power that have to live like that daily for other reasons. Like BelfryJustice said there are plenty of disadvantaged people around here that we know nothing about.
