Teacher sends text messages to a Kentucky State Troop! She was selling pot with the messages and dialed the wrong number. What a fool!

My brother, who is a cop, had something like this happen to him a few years ago. They raided a local business who was being investigated for trafficing drugs. When they were performing their search, the phone rang and he answered. It was a woman wanting to sell the business some pills she had received, long story short...he arranged a meeting with the woman at a local wal-mart, and met her at her car (which she described in detail). Needless to say, she was arrested on the spot.

That's funny too Irish. People call during stuff like that quite frequently. I guess the phone rings constantly throughout a normal day so it would be easy to just sit there and arrest those that attempt to buy/sell from the people that you are busting everytime you do a raid.
