When you register for the BluegrassRivals you will be asked to supply a valid email. After you complete the registration process a email is dispatched to you. You will need to check your email and click on the validation link to activate your new account. Check you inbox or bulk folder for the email from BlueGrassRivals.com.
Once you validate your account you can begin posting. However, your post will not immediately show up. They will have to be approved by a moderator. (Your posts may take up to an hour) usually just a few minutes to show up. If there is rule violation or spam in the post it will not be approved and your account will be immediately suspended. Your posts are sent to a validation queue and once approved they will be moved back onto the board for public view in the order you replied to the topic..
After your 10th post without a rule violation your account will be promoted to a registered/full member and your posts will no longer be moderated and show up instantly.
This policy was put into place to prevent immature posters, rule violators and spammers from infecting the forum and thus maximizing the value of the information on BGR.
NOTE: While you are a moderated member you can not start threads and you can not play games in the arcade, and you can't upload an avatar.
