Personal I think MCA is better than Belfry.

Earlier today Johns Creek played Belfry and Belfry doesn't look like they have anything even though jc lost to them.

Johns Creek didn't have their main setter. I really don't know what happen to them though.

But the Belfry and MCA stuff is just my opinion so no body get mad over that.

MCA makes everything look so smooth and I love to watch them play. I didn't get a chance to watch MCA vs. Belfry but I thought MCA would win it all.

Well although JCS didnt have they're main setter, thats no excuse to lose. You have a team of 20 plus, they should should have enought setters. I've watched them play, and i believe Scalf, Johnson, and Pennington can all set the ball pretty well. Mills is a great setter, but she is not the foundation of the team. JCS lost to Belfry because Belfry beat them, FAIR AND SQUARE!!!! tough luck!!!

MCA is a great team. They are very consistent and they play as a team.

Belfry played well in the first game against South Floyd, but after that they fell apart.
Belfry normally has a strong service game but at MCA they had a NO service game. Serves are essential, without them you can not win.

If Belfry has their serves and play as a team they will be a hard team to beat, but they have to get their act together.

As for the Johns Creek v/s Belfry game, Johns Creek would have lost even if they had their setter. But I guess we will see when they play on the 26th.

Johns Creek is an awesome team when they are focused and ready to play. They have great talent and potential.
Not having a setter wasn't there problem, serves and ball control destroyed the team...but I believe they could have beat Belfry...
They have the potential and talent, I just really don't know what happend to the team. Johns Creek will get their chance again...

sounds like a touchy subject to me,, but just like "cant touch this" said earlier we will see on the 26th. who comes out best.but i personally think belfy will beat jc because they do have one thing that most teams dont have, PRAYER, have you noticed how they gather together before each game and pray? win or loose God will still the glory! sounds like a great bunch of girls , and no matter what it is just a game and they should all have fun playing!!!

I think that Floyd County has some really talented teams. The district tourney should be a good one- MCA, SF and Betsy Layne could all make a run at the title. In the end I believe that it will come down to MCA and SFMS. SF can pull off the win if they keep there heads in the game and keep there cool. Both teams are talented, but I believe that SF has what it takes to win. But this is just my opinion.

Watched MCA in their last game and the carry the ball a lot and I mean A LOT but not called in middle school. but they do have a solid team. I just hate it when teams get away with things in middle school cause all that does is hurt them when they try and move up. betsy layne and south floyd middle art taught the right way because the coaches help with theeir high school programs. #11 for SFMS is the best player in the county by far and maybe #9 from SFMS a close 2nd. but MCA has maybe the best team overall. JMO
