I tried making a year($15) donation to the site and it told me that it couldn't process my card and to try a different card.

I was using a Visa debit card so there shouldn't have been a problem.

Any ideas?

It isn't a new debit card that hasn't been activated yet, is it?

No, I've been using this card successfully for two years. Just used it today in fact.

That seems to be a problem with PayPal.
