Come on...maybe he is a good player who has made an impact but don't make stuff up and post false information.

Also, how can he lead the state in tackles AND be 35th or 37th in tackles.

BTW...Please use proper spelling and capitalization.

Because if you read it it is all fictitious and hard to read.

Please try to post facts in the forums and take a minute to spell check and type so others can read it easier.

Jesse Rose leads the state in tackles.....However, as I stated in an earlier post, not all the schools in the state post their stats on "MaxPreps.com". There are only about 70 schools (in KY) that report their stats to MaxPreps. He is in the top 35, as of last week in tackles in the nation. Again, not all schools post stats. None the less though, he has and will continue to make a BIG impact Fri. and many more to come. Good luck Pirates!:PirateSho

Also, If anyone needs stats for Powell, please contact me. Not bluegrassballa!:flame:

i found this on www.maxpreps.com (http://www.maxpreps.com) for the national rankings on tackles...It seems to me there are a few ahead of Jesse Rose from ky which would mean he wouldn't be leading the state either.....according to this he is 41st in the nation and obviously 3rd in the state, but that is still outstanding for a freshman...these are the top 50 that were from ky..stats wouldn't all fit...

From what I hear he does standout, he fumbles the ball about three times a game. Plus, tackles are kept by the state, so they can be exagerated by whomever does the stats for each team.:dontthink

Look at the stats on MaxPreps for fumbles...I highly doubt you'll find his fumbles being that high. As far as stats being exaggerated. I'm sure you have a few bone heads doing that but "I" personaly post our team stats. If you know me at all...you know I have nothing to gain by inflating a kids stats. I like to post them so the kids can see their names & stats online.:shh:

Claiming someone is one of the state's leading tacklers when less than a third of football playing schools even bother to report isn't quite accurate.

I'm sure these guys are great freshman...just don't pump me up up with numbers that don't add up.
