When you either create a thread or reply to a thread there is a manage attachments button below the reply box. Click that then upload your picture and close that dialog box and submit the thread or reply.

You may have to resize the picture to fit in the limits.

You can't just quick reply either.... You have to be in the "Go Advanced".....

I looked at your settings and a couple looked odd and I changed them. Try to create a thread now.

As for editing your profile. In the blue nav bar below the sites header there is an option called User CP. Click on that and you should be able to change any changeable settings from there.

Basically you just have to be and stay a good active member of the site and as staff positions are removed or new positions added because of site growth we add new staff members. At that time we bring up some names and talk amongst the staff at who would be the biggest benefit of the staff at the time.

In all, you just have to be a great site member and have some luck thrown in there.

There are a lot of staff members from the Belfry/Prestonsburg area because that is the area where BGR first cut its teeth and from where a majority of the first members originated. Thus, there have been some members from that area that have been a great help to BGR for a long period of time.

As for the mods, there are a few from Pikeville, probably more than you think. We just try to be fair to everyone, especially since when the site first started everyone on here was from Eastern KY. Basically it was Pikeville, Pike Central, East Ridge, Shelby Valley, and Belfry supporters. But it has expanded to a greater diversity of members now.

This is the new layout until QQ gets some things worked out. I believe he is also working on some new layouts for the site. But until then, we needed everything to be on one...so this is it.

If you cannot scroll to the bottom of the page and see the box that says child of BGRX then that option is disabled right now while QQ makes the necessary changes to the templates.

Yes, normally you can change your layout under the time setting, but QQ has the layouts locked for the time being, I believe.

He is working on getting some news one's up and modifying the current one, so just give it some time.
