There are good rivalries all over East Ky but, what are the best in the 14th? Does Al Holland going to Hazard bring even more bad blood into that rivalry or does KCC's victory over JBS in the 53rd title game trump all?

PCC/Hazard gets my vote too.

LCC/Jenkins and Cordia/KCC get pretty wild too.

Isn't Leslie and Red Bird a pretty big rivalry, or is RB not in the 14th.

Aren't there two more districts in the 14th region? :confused:

Powell and Estill, two of the biggest schools in the region and with large fan bases, have a intense rivalry.
Owsley and Lee, only 11 miles apart, have had a heated rivalry for years. It's been was so intense that those 2 didn't schedule one another for over 25 years during the '50s, '60s, and half of the '70s, except when they drew each other in the district.
And you can bet the farm that Breathitt and Wolfe will develope a rivalry, since they are now in the same district.
