Here should be the front runners this year. In the 15th region for all other sports but it's the 11th in golf.

Sean Leslie-Pburg
Chase Carpenter-Magoffin
Brooks Herrick-Pburg
Cameron Bailey-Hazard
Trey Jolly-Hazard
Joe Castle-Pville

Funny thing is those were mainly the top golfers last season too :!:

Yea thats true, not much difference.
Who was that player from Paintsville that played well at regionals, I think he was one of the three individuals that went to state, and what grade was he in?

On the girls side Sarah Davis is probably the best golfer in our area and she is only a sophomore.

Coby Hayes went to the state last year as a Fr. for SFHS and could possibly go again. He plays pretty good at the Jenkins course.

Jordan Bell is pretty good this year too (for the boys...him and Joe are both great players...) He's a soph. at Pikeville this year

Please pray for the Pikeville Golf team, they lost one of their teammates tonight in the plane crash in Pikeville.

Colby Hayes and Sean Leslie should not be considered the best two in the region! District top 4 maybe, but region? Leslie MAYBE top 2.
