Great atmosphere for a middle school basketball game.

This game was close throughout. Letcher plays hard nosed defense.

For Dorton, Johnny Mullins had 14 points (4-6 3 pointers) and 4 rebounds.
David Belcher had 9 points and 8 rebounds.
Logan Lucas had 6 points, 4 rebounds, and 8 assists.
Cody Bentley had 6 points.
Cody Belter had 6 points and 2 rebounds.
Zack Collins had 3 points.
Chanon Anderson had 3 rebounds and 3 assists.

The Cats were 17-39 from the field, 7-17 (41%) from the 3 point line, and 3-10 from the free throw line.

Letcher was led by Jake Dixon with 19 ponts.
Cam Brunty had 11 points.
Michael Blair and Shiloh Bryant had 5 points each.
Terry Wolfe had 3 points.

Letcher was 16-53 from the field, 1-10 from the 3 point line, and 10-19 from the free throw line.

The Cats next game is Jan 3rd at Belfry.

Wow sounds like that game was a nail biter. Another great win by Dorton. Great Job Wildcats!

Sounds like Dorton knows how to pull off close ones. Does anybody know who the Wildcats go to guy was late in the game.

We really don't have a go to guy. Logan Lucas controls the game as the point guard, but David Belcher scores a lot inside. As far as I am concerned, Johnny Mullins was the key to winning this game. He hit a 3 late to put us ahead on a kick out from the post. He was 4-6 from the 3 point line.

This year's team is the most balanced we've had in a long time. We have had 6 different leading scorers this year in games.
