I've looked all over, I'm probably looking right at it lol. but How do you make your sig.?

You have to be a Donating Member or a Staff Member to have a Sig.

Correct. Signatures are reserved for staff members and members who have donated to the site. If you would like to donate you can click the link on the left hand side of here:

You also get access to another forum if you donate.

The other forum requires that you be 18+...for...legal reasons.

Thanks I'll probably donate if I can get the parents card. But a lot of the things on that chart are out of date lol. I.E. the 10 PM's, VBookie, and the buddy list. And what happened to the BGR Store??

It's out of date because QQ is very hit or miss right now. He is spending a lot of time working on his Masters I believe and that has him tied up a lot.
But if you want the signature feature you'll have to donate. Also, mods/admins are only selected from Donating Members.

Do you have to donate on a regular basis or just once or what? I'd like to donate but I can't afford to donate every week/month and so on.

You can donate $5 and receive 3 months of donating member status, $15 gives you one year of donating member status, and $25 gives you two years of donating member status.
