Who does everyone think is the best UK player to ever play in the NBA?

I don't think many could deny that it is Dan Issel, based on production in the college and pro ranks, even tho I believe about 5 of his pro seasons were prior to the merge forming the NBA. Isn't he still like in the top 10 of all-time scoring in the ABA/NBA?

Yeah, Issel was the best UK player in the NBA, but Louie Dampier was the ABA's alltime leading scorer, alltime leader in minutes played, alltime leader in 3 pointers made, alltime leader in assists, and games played..set the alltime pro basketball (ABA/NBA) record with 199 three pointers in '68-'69, but it was broken in 1995 by John Starks (and it has since been broken two or three times)..in the '70-'71 season, he set what was then a pro record with 57 free throws and was a 7 time ABA all star..not to mention, he was on the '75 ABA Champion Kentucky Colonels (with Issel and Artis Gilmore)..so I'll go with Dampier for the best ABA player, lol not to mention he's my alltime favorite UK player too..

I agree Issel is the best UK player ever in the ABA/NBA. At 6' 9" he spent a lot of time playing center against the likes of Jabbar, Gilmore and other 7 footers.

Like what? Not totally sucking? because thats all he has to do to stay on the floor. He plays with KG, Ray Allen, and Paul Peirce.. he's not really doing a whole lot.

Prince plays his part on a team where everyone plays their part making Detroit a power that has won a few championships, and he's been a key stone to that. For that reason (being a stone in a dynasty), I'd put him as the best UK player to ever play in the league.
