East Carter is better than most people think, but they aren't on the same level as Elliott. I'd say that Elliott just wasn't getting their 3 ball to fall tonight. They mostly live and die by it. Sounds like it was almost the latter tonight.

Elliott County had a 9 or 10 point lead for a good portion of the game. They just couldn't pull away from the Raiders this time. That is to their credit. East Carter has a very tough team.
