Couldn't be more PO'ed

Alright...on July 4th I ordered a new computer.....well I was tracking the progress of it and it was shipped on the 7th via UPS and supposed to arrive on the 11th. Everyday after the 11th, the tracking on UPS.com would reschedule the delivery for the next day. Well on the 14th I called UPS to see if they knew what we keeping it or if it was lost. They said that it could be lost and that I had to cal the shipper (Dell) so they could start an investigation into it. Well, I call Dell (on the 15t) and tell them that I havn't received it and they just tell me that UPS has it and it will be delivered that day......Doesn't come.......I call again today (19th) and they tell me the same thing....that it will now be delivered today (didn't come) even though I told them that UPS said for them to start an investigation on it.....

Now I don't know what to do....can't get the people to understand thatit is lost.....maybe if they spoke better english :evil:

Back when I ordered this computer, it was 2 weeks late than the date that UPS said it would be.

I also got the monitor one week later then i got the tower, keyboard speakers etc.

Was a pain, but i just waited it out.

Don't ya just hate calling someone and not being able to understand them.. Yeha that really sux...

I'd demand to have my shipping and handling charges dropped, and returned to me.

That really does suck but like Reiz says his came late and if I am not mistaken my first computer came REALLLLLLLLLLY early than the Christmas present it was supposed to be. Sooo, good luck with everything.

The people that cannot speak English yet work jobs that all they do is talk on the phones really bugs me. I had to call Microsoft the other day and got an Arabic woman that I had to strain to hear and then barely made out the words.

Well...I filled outthe survey that they sent to my email after I called in....I got a phone call today from someone in California asking why I rated some things a one (1)....I told her what my problem was and she said that she would have Dell send another one and it would be here in 3-5 business days!!


Guess it helps when I talk to someone in the good ol USA......all my calls were directed and answered in India :roll: :roll:

you should call back, and if you get someone from india, tell them your problem, and once they help you with it be like "o praise Ala, thank you so much" in a middle eastern voice...lol
