Well, if he said he was going to kill her and hit her with a ball bat then she was doing it for self defense in my book. But, she had no right killing him all she had to do was call the police. And it also sounded like she was ****ed off b/c he was divorcing her and she wouldnt get anymore of his money. But thats another story.
