NBA Slam Dunk and/or 3-Point Shootout or MLB Home Run Derby?

The Home Run Derby is more exciting to me. There are only so many dunks you can do, and for some reason it's more amazing to me to watch guys hit a baseball ridiculous distances like they do in the Derby.

Definitely, I like the 3-point contest more than the Dunk contest.

I like the NBA All-Star events... Charles Barkley made the event tonight though, he is hilarious.

to watch a guy get on a roll and pop off 13 homers in a row is a lot harder with stamina and percision, not too mention hitting a baseball has been voted by almost every expert as being the hardest thing to do in any sport....so hitting one just perfect enough that many times in a row is rediculusly amazing....and i would watch it everyday if i c ould...

IMO I think the Dunk Competiton is amazing , I mean I understand what your saying about the baseball and hitting over and over again is very hard to do! but IMO I think it is amazing to see people that are that athletic and do riddiclous moves and hang in the air that long is just simply amazing!

Never was a huge baseball fan but I like the Derby better. The Slam Dunk contest is just to boring now. Like this years...how did Dwight Howard's superman dunk even count? He didn't touch the rim. It's amazing how he got up so high with his height but good lord why did they count that, it was even a dunk.

I have to disagree about this year's contest, I thought it was very exciting and the creativity and athleticism of the athletes involved was absolutely amazing.
