Will Coach Banks Be Back For 2008/2009 Season Or Will He Be Replaced? Whats Your Thoughts!

Banks will be back. I see no reason why not. I think he is doing a great job. Breathitt County basketball will be back on top soon.

I believe he is done. You can look at him and see the stress of the job. To much politics in that job.

Watched Breathitt when they played Cumberland and he did not even make an attempt to coach. He could have had something special at Breathitt if the boys and him had wanted it. I think it is best if they go their seperate ways myself!

I think Coach Banks is done after this year. BC has had a hard time keeping a coach lately. JMO

Breathitt County is hard place to coach basketball. They want to win but they don't contribute to it like they do their football program. I believe Banks will leave myself. They've had alot of turmoil there with alot of the team quitting and such. I think Banks reign as Breathitt basketball coach ends in the district or region.

I noticed this same thing last Friday night when they played Hazard at Memorial Gym. He just sat there and watched...more like a spectator than a coach. It also seemed like there were very few fouls called in this game. I almost got the feeling that their coaches and players have just given up.

NO ONE IS TRYING TO TAKE ANYTHING AWAY FROM COACH BANKS. WHEN A PROGRAM HAS HAD THIS MUCH HAPPEN IN ONE SEASON YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT ALL OPTIONS. I AM SURE THAT COACH BANKS WOULD HAVE LOVED FOR EVERYTHING TO GO GOOD FOR HIS TEAM, BUT THAT HAS NOT BEEN THE CASE. ITS A SAD SITUATION WHEN THEY HAD POTENTIAL TO BE IN THE TOP OF THE REGION. ITS JUST UNFORTUNATE FOR ALL INVOLVED...

YOUR RIGHT IT WASNT!!! BUT THE PROGRAM HAD ALL THE INGREDIENTS THAT A COACH COULD HOPE FOR AND YOU HAVE TO ADMIT THE PORGRAM WAS A LONG WAY FROM GROUND LEVEL. NOW BREATHITT IN THE CURRENT SITUATION HAS NO OTHER OPTION THAN TO REBUILD EITHER WITH COAH BANKS OR WITHOUT HIM....IT IS WHAT IT IS NO DISRESPECT TO ANYONE.....

If those Fugate Boys had not of quit, Breathitt would of been a contender. I can see Channing right now playing tailback for UK running a 5 flat 40. Yeah you're a real football prospect.

Buddy I am very disappointed in the Fugate boys. I am sorry for bashing them but I hate quitters. Good boys or not. I think they should of finished up what they started. What could of been their possible reasons for quitting the team???????????????????????????????????????? Channing is a helluva player and the Breathitt faithful needed him. The older brother was pretty good. Sorry to bash them but I am upset with them. If you could tell me how to go back and delete the post then I will.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DELETE A POST BUT YOU MAY TRY TO EDIT AND ASK FOR IT TO BE REMOVED. I UNDERSTAND YOU ARE UPSET ABOUT THE SUITATION AND I DONT BELIVE IN QUITTING EITHER , BUT I THINK YOU CAN GET YOUR POINT ACROSS WITHOUT NAMING NAMES. I REALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT LEAD TO THE PROBLEMS THAT HAS HAPPEND TO THE BREATHITT BOBCATS. I HATE TO SEE THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN!!!
