Ok, voting has ended. As I said previously tie-breakers are determined by who held the most championships.

The Rock had 7, and Hulk had 12 total.

Therefore, Hulk moves on, however, I will keep The Rock in case we need an alternate at any point...possibly due to odd numbers, etc.
