I think the Heat are worse. They were so good a couple of years ago, and now they have only won 11 games. So IMO, the Heat.

They're both bad, but I voted for the Heat for the simple fact that the Dolphins had no real expectations this season while the Heat should have atleast been a playoff team in the East.

I would have to go with the Miami Heat, just because they came off an NBA Title victory 2 years ago. Also your team has to be really bad if your coach (Pat Riley) isn't even coaching games in the season as of right now to go scout future NBA prospects. Easily the Miami Heat.

I'm gonna go with the Dolphins because the Heat have potential in a easy Eastern Conference with players like Dwayne Wade and Shawn Marion.
