I saw it on KHSAA also. I hope Harrison Co beats them 100-0 Friday nite.

Even being unsportsmanlike, how the heck can anyone put 58 up? Eventually you think you hit one right to somebody. Think about it that means potentially all 9 spots could have scored 6 times. It's crazy.

After awhile you just pull your kids off the field if they were any out there. By that score there couldn't have been much. I believe I would have just had my team try to make outs, so not to run the score up that much. That is Sorry.

Honestly, sometimes you can't help but score runs on a team, but you absolutely have to draw the line somewhere, and this is way over the top. Hard to say what happened in this game, but it didn't have to be this bad regardless of how bad Eminence was. Why even play this game in the first place?

I remember in all-stars when I was 10 we played Magoffin Co. and scored 47 runs in 3 innings. Everyone hit and played the field, it was so bad that after we batted through twice we only got to run one base even if we hit it to the fence. Like someone said sometimes it is unavoidable...but no sense in playing the varsity more than an inning against this bunch.

Totally uncalled for.

Why would you do that to a team?

Unreal. If the coaches have any sportsmanship at all they call this game alot sooner. How can the umpires not call it? Isn't it supposed to be 20 after 4?

In baseball, the game is supposed to go 5 innings no matter what. I would just like to know what happened. I've seen coaches make their players just take one base at a time, bunt for outs, swing wrecklessly trying not to make contact. I wonder if any of this happened here. I sure do hope so.

I would like some1 to speak up that was actually @ this game..
It is very possible of a "mis-print" as far as the score goes, right?

Umpires can take control of s game like this. I called a game one time that could have become this ugly. Believe me when I say that if the pitch didn't hit the batter, it was a strike.

Might be a little obvious, but sounds like Eminence might need to work on a few things..:D

Yeah, me too. I just wonder what happened with the umpires here. Shouldn't they have some way to say enough is enough...It's a football score for cryin' out loud.

Unreal, poor sportsmanship. It's not the players fault though. Coach should have figured out a way to stop this.

Looks like Anderson County needs to work on bunting. No reason to run the score up like that. TOTALLY WRONG!!!
