LoL I got the atlas out...lol....when you said northern WVA and big city I looked right at morgantown in WVA but couldnt find it in ky until i started looking for the green river...lol...funny thing is i found it in ky right before i did in WVA...

I do know that Robertson County has the smallest population of any county in Kentucky. As far as the overall smallest county it is Gallatin County.
