Who is Evarts? Where they from?

You must not be a true follower of Kentucky High School basketball if you have never heard of the Evarts Wildcats. I'm not saying they are a tradition-rich team, but someone who follows the greatest game on earth, Ky. H.S. B-ball, should always know the teams in the state.
They are a 13th region team, in the same district as Harlan, Cawood, and Cumberland.
