Colorado fires Gary Barnett

Head football coach Gary Barnett fired by the University of Colorado today. Just to many off and on the field troubles for Barnett.

Whether they were his fault or not, it was all going to land on his shoulders. He was released after winning the big 12 north 4 of the last 5 seasons. I think it was just time for a change at Colorado after all the problems and this will allow them to move on to the future.

He will not coach them in the bowl game.

This team is under to much off the field pressure. They went to the big 12 championship to play texas even though they were blown out I think i would've kept him for another year.

He was a good coach, but coming to a program like Colorado was just to much for him.
