I keep getting a pop up for

If a pop up says your computer has a virus, it's a lie.

Basicly, get adaware 6.0 SE from www.lavasoft.de and clean your temporary internet files.

I use AdAware.
My firewall had got turned off on my connection and I have no idea how so I kept getting critical system errors and **** and that I turned my firewall back on and it took care of it.
AdAware, a pop up blocker, quick virus scan, and make sure your firewall is on.
Should cure it 100%.
